Almost all of the fresh herbs used in our recipes & garnishes are grown organically in the Amanzi vegetable gardens.
Other ingredients used in our menus are carefully selected & sourced locally where possible. We also always try to use seasonal & organic produce.
The eggs used in our desserts come only from free range hens.
