ABOUT THE AMANZI HOUSES
Houses can be booked in their entirety and are ideal for groups of business travellers or families. They provide a home-away-from-home if you are coming to Harare on short term or long term business, or simply a family vacation.
Rates are on a per night basis, for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Guests interested in weekly or monthly rentals should enquire about availability at reservations@amanzi.co.zw.
Please note: under no condition, can parties or loud music be permitted at these establishments.
All the houses are in the Northern suburbs of Harare.

PEVENSEY STUDIO
Pevensey Studio is a tribute to colour, local art, and relaxed entertaining. Featuring a Moroccan courtyard, mosaic plunge pool, fireplace, and outside barbecue area, the space is both inspirational and fun. There are four rooms in total: one super king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (which can also be converted into twin beds), one queen room, and two single rooms sharing a second bathroom. Recently added is a beautiful Moroccan riad-style courtyard with a day bed, dining area, and an additional outdoor bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, vintage cast iron bath, and colonial-style loo. Conveniently situated in Highlands.

PEVENSEY HOUSE
One of the most stylish houses in Harare, Pevensey House was designed by Ivan Pantic and blends Moroccan-inspired architecture with Tuscan influences. Set within four acres of indigenous Msasa woodland, the property offers luxury, privacy, and flexible accommodation for families or groups. The house features six king bedrooms, additional mezzanine sleeping spaces, a swimming pool, rooftop gym and massage room, multiple verandahs for outdoor dining, and a large round kitchen table for informal entertaining. A full-size snooker room with professional audiovisual equipment can also be transformed into a conference space, while a separate TV lounge offers additional space to relax.

This 1940’s Portuguese-style double-storey house has been renovated from top to bottom without losing its original charm. A stunning water feature frames the entrance, in true Amanzi style. The garden has been professionally landscaped with water wise aloes and succulents along the driveway. The rest of the grounds and the pool area are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The restored Oregan pine floors and white walls create a clean fresh look which is the perfect background for a superb collection of contemporary African Art.

LEWISAM HOUSE
A cool mix of ‘Africa Modern’, Lewisam House offers a peaceful retreat for business travellers. It also works as a comfortable four bedroom family home and cottage. Two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two twin rooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other a Jack & Jill bathroom. The cottage has a king bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Set in three acres of beautiful indigenous Masasa woodland, the house features an original circular bedroom and sitting room. Decorated in earthy African tones, it is juxtaposed to the black granite and stainless steel finish of the kitchen.
